Mr. Gimenez founded the firm in 1976. A former President of the Manila Stock Exchange and member of the PSE Market Integrity Board, he is currently the President of the Board of Trustees for the Investment Association of the Philippines and President of the Philippine Investment Funds Association. He is also the President of the Philequity Fund, Philequity Dollar Income Fund, Philequity Index Fund and the Philequity Money Market Fund, Inc. and a director of Vantage Securities, Inc. He holds a graduate degree in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management and a college degree from the University of the Philippines.

Mr. Ignacio Salvador Roa Gimenez III graduated with a Bachelor's degree in International Business with Chinese from European Business School in London, Nanjing University Copenhagen Business School, 2000-2004. He is a member of Junior Chamber International Manila.

Mr. Roberto B. Olanday is an entrepreneur and an alumnus of the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) where he graduated with honors. He is a major Stockholder and Director of several companies engaged in hotels, real estate, construction, commercial mall, restaurants and security. He is also a founder of the 101 Foundation Inc., an NGO providing education scholarships and undertaking projects that promote self-sufficiency for the poor, weak and disabled.

Mr. John F. Catindig graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting at the University of Sto. Tomas. He worked with Metropolitan Bank for 2 years.
